This was quite the session. Not only was the park closed (yes we shot there anyway), Jax leaned head first into the creek at one point (he was fine, just startled), I ended the session by slipping on mud and breaking my tailbone (don’t worry, I saved the camera). We had a good laugh (and I’ve had months to heal since we shot this session) – and it’ll hopefully go down in history as one of the most umm…*eventful* session I’ve ever had. On the upside, isn’t Jax adorable??
[…] Remember Jax? Big brother to Hart? Well he turned three and if I had to describe Jax in one word it would be ‘BUSY’. Yes, capitalized. This boy has a motor like I’ve never seen! Knowing that and his love for throwing rocks and being in the water, we chose a creek stomp session to celebrate him turning three! He didn’t disappoint – he was literally running circles around his parents on the way to the water!! I love this park – it’s a park with a natural well in Carmel, Indiana, and it’s such a great place for kids to play. Beautiful scenery and shallow running water with endless stones they can throw.
