Sisters. A sweet session in the flowers.

I love the sweet moments between young siblings. They’re (mostly) so generous and kind with their affection and love. It’s beautiful. Older sister picking a flower and bringing it to her baby sister, getting uncomfortably close to her face with a huge grin just excited to tell her about a cricket she saw. So much of their world is new experiences and they just want to share in a pure way. It’s really a treat to have been able to photograph these two together. My how much difference two years makes in ages! Once again, I’m left just plain thankful for my job. As a mom I know I look back through photos and am brought right back to certain moments and loving the joy I saw in my kids’ faces. If I can be a part of giving that to other people, I’ve done a good work.
